4.4.07 During our exploration of Chinatown, we went to the Sri Mariamman Hindu Temple at the edge of a market. The land was purchased 1819 by Mr. Naraina Pillai and the current temple was erected in 1862. It is beautiful and colorful and we were there during prayer rituals. It was very neat and Juli got her $3 payment worth to take pictures!! (Sorry I do not remember the names of everything.)
